Meet Dr. Duffy

Christopher J. Duffy, D.D.S.

Dr. Duffy is the founding member of the practice and has been a prosthodontist in Westchester County for over thirty years. He received his DDS degree from New York University in 1979 and, upon graduation was awarded the American Academy of Periodontology Award as well as induction into Omicron Kappa Upsilon ( the National Dental Honor Society ). Following a one year General Practice residency at Booth Memorial Medical Center he returned to NYU for specialty training and received a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Prosthodontics in 1982.
Beginning in 1982, while practicing in Mamaroneck, Dr. Duffy also taught at NYU, initially in the Department of Prosthodontics and Occlusal Studies and then in the Advanced Education Program in Prosthodontics where he achieved the rank of Associate Clinical Professor.

In addition to his private practice and teaching experience Dr. Duffy has also been involved in organized Dentistry for the past 20 years, participating in the Public and Professional Relations Committee and Peer Review for the Ninth District Dental Society. He served as a member of the Board of Governors for the Ninth District for six years and has been an Ethics Course Facilitator in the Dental Ethics program sponsored by the New York Academy of Dentistry. He also was awarded the distinction of being elected to Fellowship in the American College of Dentists.

Dr. Duffy coached baseball in Harrison, NY for 10 years and enjoys playing golf in his spare time. He lives with his wife in Purchase, N.Y..
